Hey beautiful,
Faith isn’t just something we feel—it’s something we activate.
Faith is a muscle that, when exercised, can move mountains.
Jesus said that if we have faith as small as a mustard seed, we can say to the mountain, “Move from here to there,” and it will move (Matthew 17:20). But how do we activate this kind of faith?
Faith isn’t passive; it’s an active and living force.
It moves us to action.
God hasn’t called us to wait for everything to align perfectly before you take the first step.
In fact, often, it’s often the opposite.
Taking that first step in faith that opens the door to God’s provision and timing.
Faith starts as a seed. That means that it looks like nothing much right now.
It starts small, almost invisible, yet when planted in the right ground, it grows into something mighty.
This is how faith works—it takes root in the dark, broken places, under the surface, and from there it grows.
But the seed needs action to take root.
Here’s where many of us miss it:
We might have faith in our hearts, but we’re not acting on it.
“So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.” (James 2:17-18)
God asks us to wait for His timing and to trust Him in the process.
Much like Sarah in the Bible, who initially tried to make things happen by creating Ishmael (Genesis 16), we can be tempted to take matters into our own hands.
But God wants us to wait for His perfect timing—He has something better in mind.
God’s promise to Abraham and Sarah didn’t come when they tried to make it happen on their own. It came when they were patient and trusting in His ability to fulfill what He had promised.
If we want to see the promises of God unfold in our lives, we can’t rush ahead. We must wait for His timing, but we can activate our faith in the waiting.
One important thing to remember as we step out in faith is to guard our spiritual lives. The enemy will try to undermine your faith, whispering doubts, fears, and lies into your heart. This is when the Armor of God comes into play.
In Ephesians 6:10-18, Paul gives us the Armor of God, which is our protection from the enemy’s attacks, including spiritual oppression. If you feel like you’re under attack—whether it’s from doubt, fear, or even something darker like witchcraft—it’s essential to ensure your armor is on and active. We must stay rooted in God’s truth and in prayer, keeping our faith strong and defended.
Finally, it’s crucial to stay humble through this journey. As we take these steps of faith, we must remember that it’s not our own strength that enables us to move forward—it’s God’s. It’s His power that sustains us and moves us. The Bible says that God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). So, humility isn’t just a nice thing to practice—it’s essential to the activation of our faith. It’s in our humility that we make space for God to do what only He can do.

After striving on my own and facing heartbreak after heartbreak, I found myself brought to my knees in my dad’s living room, crying out to God. That moment marked the beginning of my journey back to my first love—Jesus.
I’m here to help women encounter His love and be transformed in their identity, so they can walk powerfully in their anointing.
